  1. Dear Kristen, I just build a house and I have pretty small living room. So, could you give me advice which one of the style from 4 ways transformation do you think is good for my small living room. I really appreciate your feedback. Thank you ?

  2. Liked the 3rd one, I would move the chairs a slightly move ,(away from the opening of the fireplace) music, I didn't like…ty, I m an Interior Designer.

  3. You know, with a 20×20 living room with a fireplace and beautiful windows and wood floors, and $7,000 for furniture, I too could have a room to arrange four different ways! First look: what's the point of the coffee table other than to fill in space? it's too far away from ANY of the seating to be able to use it! Stupid. Second look: the coffee table is even more useless than it was before. What's the point of even having one if you can't use it? Third look: why would anyone want to turn their backs on the main feature in the room, the fireplace? Why have the fireplace at all, then. Fourth look: Oh great, now the chairs have zero easy access to any kind of table so a guest could put down a drink or coffee cup. In a room this size, you'd be better off having two separate seating arrangements so that every seat in the room (and this seat can definitely support more seats than a sofa and 2 chairs!) has easy access to a table — you know, within easy arm's reach. Gee, what a concept!

  4. Buy bigger rug…all the furniture feet should be on carpet…move everything closer to the fireplace…none of the layouts include the fireplace in the vignette…and why do you have 2 living rooms beside each other?

  5. If you have a dedicated tv room, then you should have a wall to that room. The person in the living room do not want to hear the sound of the tv room.
